#### What is UAU?

The Unmined Gold Reserves Token (UAU) is an innovative financial instrument that tokenizes pre-production gold reserves, representing 100,000 troy ounces (**Measured & Indicated**) unmined gold reserves in the Cariboo Gold Belt, British Columbia, Canada.

#### Key Highlights

Unlike traditional gold-backed stablecoins (such as PAXG), UAU does not represent a claim on vaulted, mined gold, but rather a digitized stake in specific unmined reserves. Through the proprietary "**Stake-to-Redeem**" mechanism, UAU provides investors with an opportunity to enter at prices below spot, participating in upstream gold production value appreciation through transparent blockchain governance.

The project bridges traditional mining finance and decentralized finance (DeFi) through transparent on-chain rules and compliant architecture, creating a novel RealWorld Asset (RWA) category positioned between mining company equity and vaulted physical gold tokens.
